Funraiser- package pricing

I haven't entered a funraiser since Nadia stopped holding them in Killawog.... we are thinking about going to Latrobe PA in December.

12 runs are offered, the package says 12+ runs earns the $10 price per run... does that mean it's a household package discount?  I have multiple dogs, but probably won't enter all 12 runs for each.
