Recently when I looked at my dog's point list, for the first time there are entries-zeros, in the DRI column. What does DRI mean and what do the zeros mean?

DRI is a way of seeing how fast your dog is running, comparatively to the rest of the world.
There is a pretty good discussion of how they are calculated and also what they are here

The zeros in that column are a clerical error on my part. Which is now fixed
