I am also being realistic...if the trial does not happen, you will receive a 100% refund...so if you mail your entry, I will not cash checks until we are certain the trial is a go; if you email them and plan to use PayPal, you can hold off making payment until we know for sure that the trial will take place. The early bird rate will be honored based on the postmark or email date of your entry form.
