NADAC Hosted Trial / FunRaiser How-to?

Is there any documentation available on holding a NADAC Hosted trial?  Who is responsible for what, how entries are handled etc?

As clarification, I've held trials for other organizations, so looking for NADAC Hosted specifics, not just general how to hold a trial info.  Thanks for any info?

Basically, NADAC hosts the whole trial at your location.  Usually Chris, Amanda or Jimmy.  They provide judges, secretary and will bring the obstacles and other equipment if it's not already at the location.

Yep, what Richard said!

A NADAC Hosted Trial is completely taken care of by us. We do the pre-trial stuff (premium, entries, building deposits, etc), bring in judges or judge ourselves, and do all of the secretarying. We CAN bring in a equipment depending on the situation, but if there is equipment on site, we usually rent it.

If you are wanting to hold your own trials, you will need to go through the steps to become a club and then follow the secretaries handbook (on the website) to prepare and host a trial.
