Waco Agility Group After Thanksgiving Trial
« on: October 27, 2020, 05:37:48 PM »
The Premium for the Waco Agility Group After Thanksgiving NADAC trial on November 27-29 is available and is posted on the NADAC website  http://www.nadac.com/Trial_Premiums/WacoNov20.pdf
and on WAG’s website under upcoming events.  http://www.wacoagilitygroup.org/Premiums/WAGPremium-NADAC-11-2020.pdf
Entries must be received by November 20 to qualify for discounted rates.  At this time, we feel that it is possible to host a WAG NADAC trial at the Bell County Expo Center.  This will be a very small trial with lots of room for social distancing.  Because our trials are one judge trials offered in two rings, there will be plenty of space to ensure safety while getting done early each day.

Mark Buehl (who has hosted our November trials since 2006) is the judge and we are offering double runs of all classes:  Friday is Gamblers, Hoopers, and Regular;  Saturday is Jumpers, Regular, Weavers, and Touch N Go; and Sunday is Barrelers, Chances, and Tunnelers.  We plan to offer Intro in all classes except Gamblers.  Although the maximum number of runs is listed in the premium as 500, I will be limiting the number of exhibitors, and we will close entries for safety.  If you have questions, please contact me at:  Rena_Bonem@baylor.edu

I want to thank Judge Mark Buehl for all his hard work judging WAG's after Thanksgiving trial this weekend.  Judge Randy Pratt was our chief course builder and pulled everything together so that we went through a record number of runs and got out earlier than expected Saturday and Sunday.  Debbie Vogel, who could not come to the trial, did an amazing job of pulling together our Agility Unscrambled files so that they could fit into the Agility Gate App format.  This allowed us to remain socially distant.  Everyone did a great job of trying to make the trial as safe as possible.

Special thanks to the exhibitors and WAG members who helped make the trial successful in the middle of the loss of our field and move to another field.  I really appreciate all the help we received in trying to make this trial as safe as possible.  Congratulations to our high in trial winners:  Vic and David Lauderman, Bonus and Betty Carter and Zumi and Micki Rosiles and to the 5 teams who earned NATCH awards:  Cody and Ric Bonner, Sidheag and Robert Stewart, Harmony and Kim Sullivan, Bongo and Betty Carter, and Odie and Marcy Matties.

Thanks again!
