Associate membership expired

Hi, Is the expiration date for Associate Memberships correct on the website? I just noticed that mine expired on 1/1/21, but I don’t think I received any notice about it expiring, and that seems like an odd date to me.

Hey Heidi,

We haven't been sending notifications when they expire lately, although we should start doing that!

I always roll the expiration forward to the nearest 6 month mark, as it makes my life easier for award mailings and gives a little freebie.

So if someone were to register for a one year membership in September of 2019, it would actually expire on January of 2021, if that makes sense.

Would it be possible to put whichever one of these apply { (mm/dd/yr) or (dd/mm/yr) } under Expiration at the top of the Associate Members lookup.  Not sure if I'm early or late - 6/1/21 .

That would be a good idea!    You've still got time, that would be for June 1st of this year
