Accomodations:
This is a camping style wedding. Camp lane has a lot of different a-frame and other style camping buildings on site. Some of them are nicer than others! The nicest buildings will get reserved for close family and friends who need them and the wedding party. But there is a ton of room for tents and RV’s, so feel free to tent out or go glamping.
Camp Lane is halfway between Eugene and Florence. So there are plenty of hotel options in both places. Florence is about twenty minutes away depending on traffic.
Food:
We will be serving dinner to everyone, Lunch is on you, so come prepared if you arrive early. We are still working out whether we’ll have on site alcohol, or if it will be a BYOB situation.
Entertainment:
If you like nature there is plenty to do here. There are a ton of walking paths around the camp as well as a river that runs alongside. We have the entire camp rented out, so everyone can roam free to their hearts content. We will have music going under the covered pavilion as well, and since it is Cynthia and Chris’ wedding there will definitely be some dancing going on. We also plan on bringing some yard games and games for the kids.
Kids:
This is a kid friendly event, so bring your crotch goblins!
Misc:
We do have the camp reserved for the Friday and Sunday following the wedding. So if you want to arrive early or stay late feel free. Please keep in mind we’re trying to keep this low stress and a fun weekend, so you are 100% on your own for Friday and Sunday in regards to food and entertainment.

It is the Oregon coast in June. It could be nice and sunny. It could be raining and overcast. Pack accordingly.

We have enough stuff, we don’t need more material things. So keep your kitchen aid mixer for another wedding.
