Entries will open June 1st and close on August 3rd.

When we announced the winning vote for the Ohio location, we noted that it would require a 10-15% entry fee increase, but good news! We sharpened our pencils and have landed at only a ~5% increase! Entry fee will be $365 per dog and Pre-Trial runs will be $12 each.

This year we will have a hard limit of 300 dogs with a waiting list if that is reached. Most years in recent history we have been over 300 dogs at the time of closing, so get your entries in ASAP! If we hit the entry limit, the form will stay live but you will get an email letting you know you are on the waiting list with the option to opt out. NOTE: we usually loose 10-15% of entries between entry closing and the end of the refund timeline, so it may be worth it to hang out on the wait list!

Stall rental will be available for $130 for the whole event. We are simply transferring our cost over to you on these. Crating out of your vehicle will be available too. You can park on either side of the arena and have easy access to the breezeway/main arena.

Camping is $55 a night and they have assured us that they will have the water left on for our event. As we know from previous years, the promise of water is not always reliable, so I will be in contact with them regarding this and let anyone know if it changes. Trust me though, I want water as bad as anyone else, so I will be hounding them! 🙂

All of the above things will go through us this year. We will likely have separate forms for entries, stalls, and camping, simply to keep everything organized better, but we will keep you updated on that!
